After we had a buyer, we had unexpected complications during the process of selling our house - namely we suddenly needed to close much sooner than we had planned. Mr. Branch was amazing and within 4 hours had everything lined up. That included talking to the buyers' agent to communicate with the buyers in California, talking to the lender, talking to the closing agent, etc. Paperwork was overnighted to me by the closing company (I'm out of state), and we closed the next business day. The number of people he had to get to agree to this between 2PM and 5PM seemed insurmountable. Part of his job is lining up a good team, which he did perfectly. The photographer he set up also did a wonderful job, allowing us to sell the house sight-unseen. I was extremely impressed and truly thankful.

Don't let Randy get away. He is a keeper. Nice guy, knows what he is doing.

Randy has been extremely helpful as I have purchased five houses in Fairhope and Silverhill over the last five months. He has also helped me recruit excellent renters. You need to clone Randy. You are not going to find a nicer guy or better realtor.
